Jamie Lloyd is a Sports Therapist, and Award winning fitness professional.
He is an ex-London Firefighter and British Kettlebell Champion.

He holds a degree in Sports Studies and has over 20 years of experience within the fitness industry.

Using multiple techniques and tailoring his treatments to meet each person’s individual needs Jamie has a talent for locating the source of long term pain, as well as performance enhancement, trauma and the strengthening of spinal and structural issues, therefore giving fast and effect results.

With his vast experience he has also worked at Google as a Soft Tissue Therapist.  Privately Jamie has worked at several sporting events including The London Marathon, The London Duathlon and treated elite athletes at the UK Ironman. 

Jamie currently works at his private pain relief clinic and performance studio.

Jamie is an award winning fitness professional, fitness writer and sports therapist expanding over 17 years. He is also a British Kettlebell Champion and won Gold in 2014 and silver in 2016.

He is also an ex- London Firefighter and comes from a background of a multitude of sports where he played rugby for London Welsh and Welsh Exiles, played soccer, did running and mountain biking from a young age.

In his 20s Jamie completed the London marathon in 3:15 minutes and did 5 triathlon and duathlon seasons. He has also completed the Three Peaks twice- best time 18 hours 53 mins. Completed a 24 hour Spinathon for charity.

Jamie currently works as a mobile pain rellief expert and performance coach and also works at Google doing Sports Therapy.

His current clients include post natal mums, and people suffering with chronic back, neck and shoulder problems- including professional footballers, GB triathletes, elite marathon runners, boxers and Mens Fitness Cover Models.
